ELECTION OF PARENTS TO SERVE ON THE GOVERNING BODY OF BISHOP CHALLONER CATHOLIC COLLEGE FOR A PERIOD OF 4 YEARS
I am writing to inform you that following the request for nominations in respect of the two vacancies for Parent Governors, six nominations have been received from parents wishing to serve as Parent Governors on the School’s Governing Body for a period of four years. A ballot is, therefore, necessary.
You may record one vote for up to two candidates of your choice via this online link: https://tinyurl.com/BCParentVote . You may not vote twice for the same candidate or vote for more than two candidates. To assist you in this matter details of candidates are included within the ballot and are also attached to this letter.
Printed ballot papers can be made available upon request. Please contact j.griffiths@bishopchalloner.bham.sch.uk no later than Monday 10 July 2023 at 12 noon to request a paper copy.
The closing date for the receipt of votes is on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at 9.30 am. Any votes cast after this time will be invalid.
The counting of votes and declaration of results will take place on Tuesday 11 July 2023 at 12 noon. You will be informed of the result as soon as possible after that date.
