Invitation to participate in research
Dear Parent/Carer,
I am currently undertaking research into the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the experience of pupils who have transitioned from Year 6 to Year 7 in September 2020.
As part of this research, I am conducting a questionnaire which is open to the parents of pupils in Year 7, to explore parent perceptions of their child’s experience at secondary school so far.

The questionnaire should take no longer than 5 minutes, and all responses are anonymous and completely confidential. Participation is entirely voluntary.
All information collected will be stored securely, in compliance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I will not be able to access any personal details or names from this questionnaire, and no details that are personally identifying will be included in the final report.
