Re: Year 7, 9, 10 Consultation Day
Further to our letter on 24th November, appointments for Year 7, 9 and 10 Consultation Day on Friday 10th December will now be virtual using School Cloud. In responding to the new Covid variant and managing risk in the best way possible we believe a virtual event is safer.
Your child's Consultation Tutor will make an appointment with you using School Cloud as will any other subject teachers who will requested to on your child's report. You should receive your child's report by Monday 6th December, by which time School Cloud will be open for you to make appointments with teachers.
You do not need to download any applications, but simply need access to a web browser. The appointments will last for 9 minutes and will automatically finish when the time is up. Appointments can be made through the online booking system from Monday 6th December up until Thursday 9th December. More information on how to access your video appointment is available here .
In order to log in, book your appointments and conduct your meetings you will need to visit the following website: https://bctsa.schoolcloud.co.uk/ and log in with the email address we have on our system for priority contact number 1.
