Dear Parent/Carer,
Berlin Trip Meeting
I hope your child is looking forward to the history trip to Berlin in February. There will be a meeting for the trip on Tuesday 30th January at 5pm in the auditorium at Bishop Challoner. If you or your child is unsure where this is, ask for directions on arrival to reception.
This will be an opportunity for you to find out more details about the organisation of the trip, which runs from Thursday 8th February – Sunday 11th February. You will also be able to meet the teachers who will be present on the trip.
It is vital that we have all travel documents in place by this date. Please be informed that you will need to bring your child’s passport and GHIC card to the meeting if they are not already stored in school. These will be kept in a safe in school until departure.
If your child is taking any medication on the trip, this must be discussed with myself and your child’s registration group leader prior to departure and at your earliest convenience.
