Dear Parent/Carer,
From Monday 13th June 2022 Year 11 students will be required to attend school for public examinations only. If advised, they must also be present for revision sessions, study sessions and any other classes arranged by their subject teacher.
Please relay the following information to your child and ensure they are aware of the procedures outlined, failure to follow these could lead to sanctions-
- For morning examinations student MUST be in school by 8.40am and go to registration as normal.
- If a student has a morning exam and an afternoon exam they MUST NOT leave the premises in between, they follow their normal school timetable.
- For afternoon exams students MUST be onsite no later than 1.15pm in readiness for a prompt 1.30pm start, they must go straight to the auditorium.
- When students leave school they MUST go straight home, students must not be on the High St or hanging around in the local area.
If students do wish to attend school as normal, they must follow their normal school timetable.
We would like to congratulate all students on the diligence and maturity they have displayed through the examination period to date, we expect this to continue.
